Lot Information
Unplanned Reactive Works
Works that need to be delivered within 10 days of notification Awarded to a primary supplier and upto 3 contingent suppliers. This will be formally reviewed on an annual basis by way of a mini-competition with all suppliers resubmitting their pricing for the year ahead. Quality scores for mini-competition will remain as those submitted for this tender and will not need to be resubmitted unless requested. All works to be offered initially to primary supplier. Any works offered that are declined or not delivered within the 10 day time frame will then be offered to contingents.
Renewal: Whilst the requirements may be subject to review the expectation is that the services will be required ongoing and therefore a new tender event will be conducted to follow on from this framework.
Planned/Scheduled WorksPlanned works including Basal & Epicormic, Pollarding and Other identified/inspected works. Must be Arboriculture Association Approved contractor.

Inspection and ConsultancyConsultancy and tree inspection services including support to deliver future Tree strategies
Renewal: Whilst the requirements may be subject to review the expectation is that the services will be required ongoing and therefore a new tender event will be conducted to follow on from this framework. However, if the extension for this Lot is activated to support the future delivery and/or evaluation of tender for Lots 1&2 then this will be procured separately.
