Small Works and Minor Building Adaptations Framework
Notice Description
This contract is for the provision of minor adaptations in the homes of service users to assist people to live safely and independently in the community, to avoid hospital admissions or to enable hospital discharge. Minor adaptations are items that are easily installed and require no structural alterations. They include items such as grab rails, additional stair rails, half steps, small ramps, lever taps and lighting for people with a visual impairment.

Lot 1 Small Electrical Work
Renewal: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be 2 years with the option to extend for a further 24 months to be taken in 12-month increments.
Lot 2Lot 2 Joinery
Renewal: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be 2 years with the option to extend for a further 24 months to be taken in 12-month increments.
Lot 3Lot 3 Small Plumbing Work
Renewal: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be 2 years with the option to extend for a further 24 months to be taken in 12-month increments.
