The Authority is inviting Service Providers to tender for the provision of the cutting of grass verges (flail) across Lancashire. This includes grass verges on high-speed roads, A,B,C & unclassified roads and cycle routes across Lancashire. Eight separate Lots are included in the tender covering the county including separate Lots for cycle routes and high-speed roads.

Options: The initial contract period of 2 years can be extended for a further 2 years at the discretion of the Authority.

Renewal: The initial duration of the Contract shall be 24 months unless it is terminated in accordance with the provisions set out in the Contract. The Authority may extend the Contract by a further period or periods up to a maximum of 24 months in addition to the initial term.
