    "description": "Contract value is anticipated to be up to PS400,000 for the design, build and delivery of both vessels, including minimum warranty periods. It is hoped that this will also include any extended warranty. Should this not be the case, there is scope to increase the contract value as below. The contract may, subject to a test under Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations, be increased by up to PS50,000 (subject to budgetary approval) for non-material changes which have become necessary. For example, unforeseen increase in build costs, supply chain matters which result in a need to redesign the boat and/ or to enable the purchase of an extended warranty offer.",
