Places for People wishes to appoint a contract for Non-Domestic Gas Servicing & Responsive Maintenance for a three (3) year initial term, with an option to extend for a further two 12 month periods (3+1+1)

The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment
North East North East, Yorkshire and HumbersideThe Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment
