Notice Description
The Invitation to Tender is comprised of 6 different vehicle specifications, as follows Lot ref Description 1 3.5t Chassis Cab Tipper with Cabinet 2 5.2t Crewcab Tipper with Cabinet 3 7.0t Crewcab Tipper with Cabinet and Rear Mounted Tail Lift It is the Council's intention to enter into contracts for a total of up to 8 vehicles, selected from across the various Lots, on the following basis (dependant on tender outcome).
Lot Information
LOT 1 - .5t Chassis Cab Tipper with Cabinet Lot 1 x 2 vehicles
Options are:- Outright Purchase Price - Outright Purchase Price (exc VAT) This price shall include all associated OTR costs Annual Contract Hire Price per Vehicle without SMR - Annual Contract Hire Price - 5 year term (exc VAT) excluding Service, Maintenance and Repair To assist the Council in assessing Specification compliance, the Council may require a Tenderer to provide a demonstrator vehicle. Demonstrator vehicles shall be provided at no cost to the Council and must be sufficiently similar to the vehicle offered by the Tenderer to allow for an assessment of Specification compliance Additional information: In the Instructions to Tenderers, please specify the number of days from the Closing Date whereby the prices specified in Table 1 and 2 of this Pricing Schedule shall remain firm. No price increases will be considered by the Council if an order is placed within this period
