HVACGE maintenance
Notice Description
It is the strategy of the FM team to consolidate services into one contract for HVACGE maintenance. The strategy has been developed by analysing the need from the estate, services received by the current suppliers and the services provided in the marketplace. It is proposed to contract on a 3 year + 1 year contract term. This will align with the overarching FM contracting strategy to dis-aggregate requirements and contract with specialist contractors to build supply chain resilience, drive economies of scale, and ensure a high level of quality across all hard FM services.

TFGM sought to appoint a supplier to deliver maintenance to their heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, gas and electric assets. This is a legal requirement responding to regulatory health and safety testing and maintenance of assets for staff and customers where assets in general use need to be kept in good working order
Options: Option to extend for a further 12 months.
