IA3030 Framework Agreement for Maintenance of Fixed Equipment
Notice Description
The scope of this Agreement is to provide a service for the maintenance and periodic service & maintenance of Equipment as more particularly referred to in Section A5 of the specification Services to equipment that shall comprise, but not be limited to: - * a full comprehensive periodic service maintenance and repair provision (the 'Periodic Service Maintenance Visits'); * the removal and storage of Fixed Equipment; * minor modifications as instructed by the Fixed Equipment Management Team; * the use of spares from Fixed Equipment removals to undertake repairs; * a twenty-four (24) hour call out facility; * Services as may be expressly required by the County Council from time-to-time following a Thorough Examination of the Equipment by the County Council's insurance providers (as detailed in Section C6 of this Specification).

Options: The Agreement term will be from 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2026, with an additional option to extend by 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2027.
Renewal: The Agreement term will be from 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2026, with an additional option to extend by 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2027.
