RBGE is undertaking pre-market engagement via the PIN notice to identify interested parties to deliver day and event catering to our visitors and clients at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh from the 1st April 2024 for an initial 5 year contract period with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The Edinburgh garden currently attracts around 850,000 visitors a year which is anticipated to continue to grow as oversea markets recover from the COVID pandemic. The current operation at the Edinburgh Garden is 3 day catering outlets two of which operate as dine in experiences and one takeaway operation. The site has a number of venues of which events operate. The team are forecasting to deliver in the region of 400 events during financial year 2022/23 Please record your expression of interest via PCS.
