WNC CCTV Monitoring
Notice Description
The Council requires the provision of CCTV Monitoring Services which are carried out on a 24 hour, 365 days per year basis. The Services shall include (but will not be limited to)* A CCTV monitoring service, with links to areas of West Northamptonshire and Wellingborough* CCTV monitoring of certain retail parks and industrial sites* CCTV monitoring of housing sites and other council properties* Retail Radio and Pubwatch links* Supporting the Emergency Planning of the Council.* General monitoring of approximately 500 cameras* Maintaining numerous radio links* Fire alarm testing* Liaison with outside bodies (e.g. Blue Light Services etc)* Incident reporting* Digital management* Response to emergency call outs* Providing intelligence logs to the Police* Provision of statistical data in support of the service* Receiving general enquiries from members of the public* Liaison with other operators and camera engineers on a daily basis
