Post Office currently utilises around 600 self service kiosks across it's estate. These will need to be replaced over the next couple of years along with possible expansion of this offering into new branches. Post Office is interested in a modular solution that can adapt to different settings and use cases. The contract will include support and maintenance of the kiosks for a period of at least 5 years. The contract is likely to involve the provision of EPOS software for the terminals but this must integrate with Post Offices product journey engines and other systems.
