The Natural History Museum wishes to procure a consultant to provide Design Services for the programme of works required to complete the full restoration of the Grade 1 Listed Waterhouse Building in South Kensington, London.

Renewal: The Museum's intention is to appoint the selected consultant up to 31st March 2025. If additional funding becomes available and the first phase of works has been brought to a satisfactory completion, the KPIs have been met and an agreement is reached on the additional costs for the completion of the remaining phases, the Museum reserves the right to extend the contract for Design Services for an additional 2 to 3 years.
