Renewal: The contract will be awarded for a period of two (2) years and 11 (eleven) months from the Services Commencement Date (the Initial Contract Term), with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract will therefore be four (4) years and 11 (eleven) months from the Services Commencement Date. This will be subject to the performance of the supplier.
