Options: Initial contract period is 12 months with an option to extend for two 12 months extensions available.
Procurement Information
The direct award is also compliant with the Public Contract Regs (reg 32): (i)competition is absent for technical reasons, - no other app has licenced CPOMS integrated within the App. (ii)the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights, there is no reasonable alternative or substitute exists and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement. The authority has carried out a research and followed its internal approval process.
