Timing is crucial as a major capital development project is about to commence. Renewal: * The Services are to be procured for the whole of the Phase 2 project but with a break clause within Phase 3 work at The NLHF Delivery Phase submission (RIBA 3). The breakdown of this budget can be found at: https://www.tulliehouse.co.uk/brief-business-planning-services-resilient-tullie-transformational-business-plan-tullie * The continuation of the contract for Phase 3 Delivery Stage will be dependent on a successful Round 2 application to The NLHF and satisfactory delivery of the Scope of The Work.
