The services required by the contract, include but are not restricted to: - Domestic Gas and Non-Gas Appliance Servicing - Domestic Heating Repairs - Domestic and Installation and Replacement Works - Pump Servicing and Maintenance Additional information: The indicative value of the Contract is based upon the maximum term of ten years. It is therefore subject to review and not guaranteed.

Renewal: It is intended that the contract will commence in September 2023, and subject to annual reviews, run for five years with the option for renewal, as decided by Origin, for an extension of up to three years, then a further extension of up to two years. The maximum duration is therefore ten years. The contract value in this notice is therefore subject to review by Origin and is not guaranteed.
