The focus of that recruitment would encompass registered social work and therapy roles - specifically qualified Social Workers and Occupational Therapists as a minimum with the possibility of adding Physiotherapist. Any resulting procurement decision is expected within 3-6 months.

The focus of that recruitment would encompass registered social work and therapy roles - specifically qualified Social Workers and Occupational Therapists as a minimum with the possibility of adding Physiotherapist. The service would also need to be able to recruit unregistered roles, principally trained and experienced carers, capable of working with the Council's in-house reablement service, Home First.The service provided would need to cover all aspects of international recruitment, including: * Sourcing appropriate candidates for the roles described, from suitable countries. This would include evaluation of suitable candidates, although final selection would sit with the Council. * Managing and financing all processes and procedures in relation to appropriate Visas.* All aspects of sponsorship, settlement, including support for accommodation, and pastoral care for a defined period (an appropriate period of pastoral support to be defined by the potential provider of the service).Providers of this service will need to ensure that an ethnical approach is at the heart of any proposal, only working with Countries that are approved by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) as suitable to source recruitment from. We would also expect providers to have significant experience in this field of work with all necessary approvals and validations from appropriate government bodies. Specifically, compliance with the DHSC Code of practice for the international recruitment of health and social care personnel in England.
