The Service Provider will be required to provide an independent external audit service which meets all statutory and regulatory requirements. The estimated start date for the Contract is September 2023 for the financial year 2023/2024. The contract term will be for 3 Years with the option to extend for up to 2 x 1-year periods (3+1+1) subject to the provisions of BA Rules which state that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall approve the appointment of external auditors on an annual basis (september).",
