Cyclical and Response Maintenance for Mechanical and Electrical Works
Notice Description
Provision of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Cyclical and Response Maintenance works and services for those buildings managed by English Heritage Trust throughout England.
Lot Information
Lot 1
English Heritage intends to re-tender its Measured Term Contract for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Cyclical and Response Maintenance works. The contract will cover the aggregated M&E maintenance requirements of the historic sites and additional offices/stores across England that are managed by English Heritage Trust. These sites vary significantly in terms of size, location and type and include properties that contain significant collections of historic interest. Almost all are protected as listed buildings, conservation areas etc and some are in remote areas that are difficult to access. The contract will be subdivided into Lots and detail of the final geographical split of these Lots will be provided in the final Tender documents upon release. Additional information: English Heritage Trust wishes to engage with the market ahead of this opportunity being released in order to inform the tender process and ensure this is representative of the market. Suppliers interested in this opportunity are encouraged to complete our supplier engagement questionnaire which provides additional detail about the procurement and provides all suppliers with the opportunity to provide input into the final tender approach. The questionnaire can be accessed via the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/4wpwkKj2S4 Further details are provided within the questionnaire, which will be available for responses until 26th April 2023. We encourage interested suppliers to respond at their earliest convenience as we will review responses as they are received. Please note that, as the tender is still being finalised, the full tender documents are not currently available to view on our e-tendering portal. Details given in this notice regarding the portal are merely to allow suppliers to pre-register ahead of the tender release should they so choose.
