Lot Information
Lot 1 - Unit 13A
Lot 1 - Airside Retail Unit 13A - Gifting and/or Toys Variety (range & depth) of products across various price points ranging from affordable to aspirational and also variety of the latest / most popular brands. The concessionaire will be required to fit out the units, taking into consideration the opportunity to potentially reuse existing fixtures and fittings currently within the unit and remote storage space. Renewal: Three year initial term with the option to extend for an addition 2 years - (3+2)
