SFC require support to manage and deliver the programme. The programme and support require a supplier who will provide a service that includes the following Deliverables, 1. User Research, 2. Information Architecture and navigation structure, 3. Site Design and User Experience, 4. Web Content Management System (CMS), 5. Build the site within the CMS including Content Migration, 6. Future Proofing, 7. Web Accessibility, 8. Migration, 9. Testing and resolution of Issues Identified, 10. Deployment and go-live, 11. On-going support, maintenance and development, 12. Future Development 13. Hosting (on SFC Cloud).

Renewal: Option to extend for an additional one plus one years.
