The programme for the charger installation must be agreed with the University. Once the Economic Operator has started on an agreed series of installations these must be completed prior to the next series beginning. A Sub-meter must be installed at each site and the sites left commissioned and fully functional before moving to the next series of installations. Design and Build Phase 132 days between 19 July 2023 and 30 November 2023. Operational Phase a minimum of 7 Years with the possibility of a 3 year extension with agreement of both parties.
