Kielder Castle Cafe Concession
Notice Description
Forestry England has a future opportunity for the operation of the Kielder Castle Cafe concession leader. We anticipate the lease will be for a period of up to 10 years. A full copy of the draft lease will be available in the tender documents to be published August/September 2023. The estimated total turnover value of the lease opportunity over the term will be in the region of PS2.6M. The lease will start following completion of renovation works to the Kielder Castle building, including expansion of the cafe area.
