The scope of services includes: Planned Preventative Maintenance Statutory and Mandatory Inspections & Maintenance Reactive Maintenance and Emergency Maintenance Possession and Isolations Management Revisions, updating and maintenance of Asset register and integration into the Employers system(s). Production of record drawings Maintenance of operating and maintenance manuals Provision of new works Provision of Electronic Logbooks

Renewal: The contract will be awarded for an initial 1 year term, with a further potential 3-years, renewed in 12-month intervals.
