The cyclical cleaning programme will include fortnightly general cleans, as well as more in depth monthly and quarterly cleans. In many areas a more extensive deep clean treatments will be required and on occasions ad-hoc specialist cleans will be required to include the removal of bodily fluids from communal close areas.
