Notice Description
The Bank of England requires a thermal insulation and sheet metal workmanship specialist to provide ongoing reactive maintenance support, improvement works, and reactive call outs on all mechanical systems at Threadneedle Street and Moorgate. The specialist will attend emergency repairs within data centres, communication rooms, central plant locations and offices spaces around the Bank.

The Bank of England requires a thermal insulation and sheet metal workmanship specialist to provide ongoing reactive maintenance support, improvement works, and reactive call outs on all mechanical systems at Threadneedle Street and Moorgate. The specialist will attend emergency repairs within data centres, communication rooms, central plant locations and offices spaces around the Bank. Candidates are advised this procurement will be conducted via the Bank's e-tendering portal, Proactis, which can be accessed via the following website: https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login 1. Please register for a user account to gain access to the procurement documentation for this opportunity. To access the project search for PRJ/1000164 - Thermal Insulation Repairs and add your company to the tender. Alternatively if you cannot find the advert on proactis plaza: 2. Send an e-mail to: FM.contracts@bankofengland.co.uk to be added to the event. Please title your e-mail Thermal Insulation Tender and include the full Company name and Organisation ID from Proactis, to allow us to attach you to the tender.
Renewal: The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the initial term of thirty six (36) months for a further period of up to twenty four (24) months of two (2) successive twelve (12) months. Therefore, the total potential term of the contract is sixty (60) months from the effective date.
