Unitas Contractor Support Framework (UN/2023/195*)
Notice Description
Unitas Stoke-on-Trent is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified contractors to deliver supporting activities for Unitas in connection with its maintenance and improvement of Stoke-on-Trent City Council's social housing stock. This framework is a Qualifying Long-Term Agreement and is therefore subject to Section 20 Consultation Requirements. Please be aware that Unitas will issue a Notice of Proposals identifying provisional awards, and that any award is subject to satisfactory completion of the consultation process. Lot 1 - Asbestos removal - up to 7 providers to be appointed Lot 2 - Asbestos surveys - up to 7 providers to be appointed Lot 3 - Doors and canopies - up to 7 providers to be appointed Lot 4 - General building (labour only) - up to 7 providers to be appointed Lot 5 - Pointing - up to 7 providers to be appointed Lot 6 - Roofing planned - up to 10 providers to be appointed Lot 7 - Scaffolding - up to 7 providers to be appointed The framework will operate on a call-off basis where contractors will be invited to quote for work as it arises.
