The scope of the market engagement event is intended to cover:- Aids and Adaptations- Commercial Building Installations- Communal Area Upgrades- Door and Window Installations- Drainage and Groundworks- External Decorations and Fabric Works- Fire Risk Assessment Remediations- Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments- Mechanical and Electrical Component Installations- Roofing Replacement- Sustainability and Energy Efficiency - Other Planned Projects (e.g. bin stores, latent defects, insurance works, estate regeneration)The estimated total value of outsourced works and services is approximately PS30m per annum, across the workstreams within the scope of this market engagement event.
