Notice Description
The NWCH will create a Small Works Framework Agreement through which participating Public Bodies will procure Building Construction Works projects via a group of contractors which qualify through the tender process to be appointed to the Framework. This Framework has been developed to function as a partnering and collaborative-working based procurement agreement. Its intention is to be able to deliver as high a level of best value as possible within and via construction activity.

This Framework has been developed to function as a partnering and collaborative-working based procurement agreement. Its intention is to be able to deliver as high a level of best value as possible within and via construction activity. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on 17th July 2023 as referred to in IV.2.2.
Renewal: There is an option to extend for up to 12 months
