Provision of Air Handling Unit Maintenance
Notice Description
This requirement is for the provision of a planned preventative (PPM), reactive and emergency maintenance service for all the general and critical air handling unit (AHU) systems within 2gether Support Solutions Ltd on behalf of East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.<br/>An Authorised Officer (AO) shall be advised for each site. The Contractor shall operate a 24/7 Call-Out Facility in order to be able to respond to emergency call-outs.

An Authorised Officer (AO) shall be advised for each site.
The Contractor shall operate a 24/7 Call-Out Facility in order to be able to respond to emergency call-outs.
Renewal: A Maximum of 2 extensions of 12 months each are possible at the end of main contract period of 36 months. These Extensions are not guaranteed and are at the absolute discretion of the Authority.
