Social media management platform to assist with The Force being able to interact more efficiently with the public. This will enable the public to use the most suitable digital channel which meets their needs to interact with The Force.
Options: 2 x 12 month optional extensions included within the contract provision
Procurement Information
This contract was awarded by conducting a further competition from a complaint framework agreement established by Police Digital Services (PDS) - reference 2020/S 240-594963 on 09/12/2020. Both suppliers appointed onto the framework were invited to provide a submission, following a compliant evaluation process inline with the framework provisions, the most suitable supplier was awarded the contract.
