Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') went out to procurement leading the process to establish a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Paint, Brushes, Crayons, Chalk, Pastels, Easels & Paint Accessories ("Goods") for which suitably qualified Contractor(s) to supply the Goods and any related goods were sought. The Framework will benefit both the Council and also Hampshire County Council based at The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ. The estimated total value was split as follows:Hampshire County Council PS720,000Hertfordshire County Council PS960,000
