The location of these services will be at the University's Main Campus at High Wycombe, two other satellite campuses at Uxbridge and Aylesbury and the University's Halls of residences.

Procurement Information

The University has recently commenced a re-organisation/ re-purposing and refurbishment of its Main High Wycombe Campus and the design and specification plans for this have only recently been finalised. This project will take approximately 40 weeks and is expected to be completed by April/ May 2023. Until that time, the University is technically unable to arrive at a final specification for its future facilities management services contract, including but not limited to building cleaning, man guarding, security, concierge, student mental health support and other related services.
