The initial term will be 4 years with two further extensions of 2 years each, up to the maximum term of 8 years. Individual orders placed via the agreement may last for longer than the duration of the agreement. Jisc cannot guarantee and makes no representation concerning the level of expenditure through the agreement in any given year, however experience with previous agreements of this type indicates that up to PS10 million may be expended during the lifetime of the agreement. It should also be noted that there will be no minimum commitment of spend through this agreement either.",
