The needs of an adult will differ but may include enhancing social skills and connections, strengthening motor or movement skills, building confidence and/or managing emotional wellbeing. The model requires co-designing interventions with the adults it aims to support, to ensure any activities are fully inclusive and accessible. Overall, the intention is for the model(s) to support adults' wellbeing and to support the building of confidence and connection to their community via physical activity opportunities.",
