This is a premarket engagement not a call for competition. LiveWest is about to tender its Grounds Maintenance services for the areas covering, Bristol, BANES, North Somerset and Somerset. It is an exciting opportunity to partner with one of the largest Social Housing Providers in the South West. Our Grounds Maintenance service offers a comprehensive maintenance programme for our estates across the region. LiveWest is looking for Grounds Maintenance providers who are forward looking, employ sector leading and innovative practices and are not afraid to be challenged. LiveWest's ground maintenance service is based around our “Total Site Care” requirement, which ensures that all sites are maintained to their specifications at all time. In return, livewest offers an opportunity to work for a financially stable organisation and working around the principle of partnership building.
