Specialist Wound Therapies. Additional information: The value in II.1.7 is the maximum value attributable to this Framework and account for all extensionoptions plus a potential increase in demand by approximately 50 percent. It is not a guarantee of uptake or minimum demand.

Options: As set out in the Contract documents.

Renewal: Two (2) Years (with options for further extension periods; a) period or periods together totalling no more than 24 months and, b) further period(s) of up to a maximum of 18 month in the circumstances described in clause 2.3 of the Commercial Conditions of Contract for Supplies/Services SS17bc/ac.
