Temporary Agency Staff Providers 2024
Notice Description
Torbay Council and it's wholly owned subsidiary company SWISCo, is conducting this re-procurement process to identify successful Temporary Agency Staff Providers who will be selected for a place on two new Framework Agreements for: * Lot 1 - Approved Temporary Agency Staff Providers; * Lot 2 - Approved Social Worker Agency Providers; In addition, there is also a requirement for: * Lot 3 - Approved Sole Temporary Agency Staff Provider for services required by SWISCo. The new and Contract for SWISCo commenced on 03 January 2024. The new Framework Agreements , commenced from 01 February 2024 onwards, following expiry of the existing Standing Lists arrangement.

Options: There will be only one awarded provider to cover agency staff provision for SWISCo for the duration of the Contract. However, if the awarded provider is unable to supply at any time, then SWISCo will reserve the right to call-off from the providers on the Lot 1 - Approved Temporary Agency Staff Providers Framework.
