Interim Leisure Facilities Management Service
Notice Description
The Authority is inviting tenders for the appointment of an operator to manage their leisure facilities for an interim period.It is the Authority's intention to award a contract (the 'Contract') for a period of two (2) years with the option for up to three (3) extensions of twelve (12) months each.The Procurement is being run under the Light Touch Regime within the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, using a procedure similar to the open procedure. However the Authority reserves the right to deviate from the formalities of the procedures given the flexibilities permitted by regulations 76 of the Public contract regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurement for 'light regime services'. This ITT provides further details of the proposal and process for submitting Bids.
