Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service currently uses Integra2 (Capita) for our finance system. This legacy system has been in place at least since 2004 and will no longer be supported by the supplier after 2025. As part of our Digital Transformation journey the service will be undertaking a market engagement exercise via this prior information notice. The Authority has a cloud first policy however will consider on premise for the right solution. Based on the number of available systems and the overall standard of the market, it can exclude having a bespoke and customised system. Suppliers are required to complete the registration form and supporting questionnaire reference DS426-23 Supplier Registration Form and attach via the messaging function. Suppliers who match the Authorities requirement will be invited to give a short demonstration of their solution. Demonstrations are likely to take place week commencing 30th October 2023.
