Notice Description
Havering Council is seeking a concessionaire to update and modernise its existing street furniture advertising estate, maximise income and manage the type and nature of advertisements seen in the borough. The Council is procuring a 7 year contract with a 3 year extension option. The tender can be accessed through the Council's e-/tendering system called Oracle Fusion; https://www.havering.gov.uk/info/20071/doing_business_with_us/387/how_we_buy/2 Suppliers will need to register on the system in order to express their interest in the tender and participate in the competitive exercise.
