Notice Description
Places for People Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a three (3) year term with the ability to extend the contract period by a further two (2) one (1) year periods at the Client's sole discretion. Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Contract Notice.

North WalesExperienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 17,393 properties across the following postcode areas: BB, BD, BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, HD, HX, L, LA, LL, M, OK, SK, ST, SY, TF, WA and WN.

South West England inc. South WalesExperienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass Planned and Responsive Works and Services - Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Installations in a total of 7,577 properties across the following postcode areas: BA, BH, BS, CF, DT, EX, GL, HR, LD, NP, OX, PL, PO, RG, SO, SA, SN, SP, TA, TQ and TR.
