    "description": "YPO will incorporate a standstill period at the point of notification of the award of the contract is provided to all suppliers. The standstill period will be for 10 calendar days, and provides time for potential providers who did not come forward at the time of tender opportunity being published to do so at this time if they can meet YPO's requirements and to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
