Notice Description

The proposed construction works contract is for a residential development of 60 social housing units on lands situated on lands south of Old bridge housing estate, Derry/ L'Derry BT47 2TJ, located to the south of Derry City centre Development includes 48 General Needs Houses, 7 General Needs Apartments, 4 Wheelchair Houses, 1 wheel chair apartment, associated siteworks and drainage, roadways, footways, street lighting and provision. Planning application reference LA11/2022/0681/F was submitted in June 2022. Time is to be of the essence in delivering the Works and any failure by the Contractor to comply with the time limits for commencing or completing the works shall be deemed to be a substantial failure by the Contractor to comply with the contract giving the Employer a right to terminate the contract.
