The Estates Management Contract includes works on the closed landfill sites such as grass cutting, weed control, tree surgery, deer management, fencing and signage. It will also include the grounds maintenance of the two solar farms, Tangmere and Westhampnett.
Renewal: It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years from the Commencement Date, with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions at WSCC's discretion by an additional 2 years, and a further 2 plus years.
