The provision of internal audit services providing assurances for 3 years.
Options: The contract shall start from 1st April 2024 and will be for a period of 36 months/3 financial years, with an option to extend by a further period of up to 24 months/2 financial years at CHS's sole discretion.
Renewal: The contact shall start from 1 April 2024 and will be for a period of 36 months/3 years, with an option to extend by a further period of 24 months/2 years. Alternatively the contract may run for a period of 48 months/4 years, with an option to extend by a further period of 12 months/1 year.
