Main Property Combined
This Section incorporates the following classes of business: Property (General Properties)BuildingsContents Housing PropertiesBuildingsAssociated Garages Voluntary Aided PropertiesBuildingsContents Education CentresBuildingsContents Kerneos Bridge Portable BuildingsBuildingsContents Business Interruption Increase in Cost of WorkingGross Revenue Specified All RisksComputersWorks in ProgressMoney
Commercial and Industrial PropertyBuildings owned by the Policyholder or for which they are responsible for renting or leasing to tenants for Industrial and Commercial use and including Landlords Contents. Buildings shall also incorporate land, roads, culverts, excavations and is extended to include Accidental Damage.The definition of Property also includes Tenants Improvements and property in the open to the extent of the Policyholder's responsibility
Leasehold Right to BuyLeasehold Properties comprising of leasehold private, maisonettes and flats owned by the Policyholder or for which they are responsible including contents of the common parts of communal housing properties.Buildings shall also incorporate land, roads, culverts, excavations and is extended to include Accidental DamageThe definition of Property also includes Tenants / Leaseholder Improvements and property in the open to the extent of the Policyholder's responsibility
