The project involves demolitions and alterations; Traditional foundations; steel framed extension and internal remodelling works in phases; 2 storey new extension build (approx. 326m2 ground floor GIFA with 316m2 plant room above) and internal remodelling (approx. 550m2 ) to form new ground floor clinical accommodation for emergency dept expansion and first floor plant room over new extension; flat roof construction; external works remodelling; MEP Services. works will be scoped and designed by a Trust appointed Design Team.
