External cyclical maintenance works to NIHE properties in the North Belfast Area
Options: There is an option to extend the contract for up to a further 6 months
Renewal: A further competition for ECMs may be run prior to this contract finishing
Lot 2 - Belfast - West Area BNIHE would like to procure suitable qualified Contractors to carry out external cyclical maintenance to properties throughout the Belfast and South Regions.
