The introduction of ANPR technology across station car parks in Wales was included as an option. This notice confirms the execution of this call off and the respective value. Due to the unforeseen delays in securing the necessary Network Rail Landlord consents, as required for the contractor to access the land and deliver the necessary works, the Authority intends to modify the contract terms for up to a further 24 months, to allow the supplier sufficient time to fully deliver their contract commitment in line with the original scope.",
